Ted S. Halpern has been a licensed Real Estate Broker for the past fifty years. During this time, he was the owner and operator of three private camps located in the Pocono Mountains. In addition, Mr. Halpern was also involved in ground development.
In 1992, Mr. Halpern retired from active camp management and went into the
business of selling and leasing children's camps throughout the U.S.
specializing in the Eastern region of the United States. To date, Mr. Halpern
has sold over $50,000,000 worth of camps!
As a result of selling and leasing camps, his detailed background of building and
running his own camps, and his real estate expertise, Mr. Halpern is one of the
foremost all around authorities in the camping business today. His accumulated
knowledge makes him the ideal person to sell or buy or rent a camp for you.
